We all heard the Quote “You’re the average of the five people you hang around most” but today I believe It should be quoted as ” You’re the average of the five people you follow on social media”.
Yeah, It is shocking but to some extent it is true.
In the first few months of using social media, I followed some #comedians, and #meme creators and watched Taarak Mehta ka Oolta chashmah for hours.
I have been a keen observer from the beginning.
I observed that following and watching such content and influencers is not helping me. I’m just wasting my hours.
I removed all my following followers from Instagram and took it very seriously whom I follow.
I started following some bodybuilders, health fitness influencers, and finance influencers ( after following them I realized learning finance is more interesting than watching comedy ).
Watching bodybuilders having such physiques motivated me to join a gym, from a skinny body and no energy to building a body that works out twice a day was possible because of following influencers like Jeet S. Ranveer Allahbadia , recently I started following Rachit Bir – BIRa Fitness who shares great insights about diet, workout, and immunity.
Now watching them grow physically challenges me to push myself too.
It’s all about the environment. Build one for yourself which helps you grow mentally, physically, and financially.
kudos to all the champions reading this post!
